mdlogix is pleased to announce bhworks for Families, an exciting partnership with the National Alliance on Mental Illness Maryland. This partnership will provide national access to our web-based bhworks screening tool through NAMI Maryland’s website, giving parents and caregivers the ability to assess children and adolescents for common behavioral health problems and associated psychosocial risk factors. This information will empower families to communicate more effectively to providers, helping both parents and clinicians better understand the health needs of their child/patient during times of stress and risk.
The family-based web interface, accessible to the public for a nominal fee, will also serve as a hub that links screening results to appropriate educational materials and behavioral health resources. The platform equips patients, families, and providers with tools for measurement-based care and tracking, while giving people the power to control access to their own behavioral health data. An interface with telehealth applications will give members the ability to receive counseling and other behavioral health support services through a desktop, tablet, or mobile device. Additional discounts and incentives will be offered to NAMI members, encouraging people to become advocates for the mental health movement in their own communities.
