We’re committed to doing what we can to flatten the curve, so we’re configuring our BH-Works software platform for data collection, data visualization, and information delivery specific to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In response to multiple client requests, we’ve added a COVID-19 assessment tool to the BH-Works platform. This assessment takes about two minutes to complete and asks questions about COVID-19 symptoms and exposure, as well as risk factors that make a person vulnerable to serious illness.
This assessment is available to existing clients immediately, free of charge. Assessments can be added to existing workflows or sent to participants to complete remotely via email link. This email link feature does not require BH-Works login credentials as long as the participant exists in the system.
BH-Works can be leveraged by public health personnel, healthcare workers, and the general population, and its tools can be accessed in any setting with a web connection, including the homes of people in quarantine.
We can immediately deploy the following functionality:
- Rapidly initiate population screening for COVID-19 symptoms, exposure, and community concerns, as well as behavioral health and social determinants risk factors
- Link people to treatment and other services based on risk assessment
- Generate real-time data dashboards to visualize screening information and referral activity by location and time
- Integrate and display data from other sources, including public health data sets
- Disseminate educational materials and videos sent via email link to students, parents, teachers, patients, and others
