Behavioral & Mental Health
The core of the platform: universal screening, electronic consent, plans of care, case and group notes, referral and service tracking, crisis workflows, and telehealth, with individual and population reporting. It imports student demographics from your SIS under a statewide unique student identifier, generates required consent and authorization forms with task-compliance reminders, and rolls everything into live de-identified dashboards.
Nursing
A whole-child electronic health record capturing physical and mental health: chronic-condition tracking, physicians’ orders, care plans, individual health plans, acute care, and visit documentation, with parent consents, electronic signatures, and SIS import, and Medicaid billing built in.
Special Education / IEP
Guided IEP authoring, amendments with version history, progress monitoring, and compliance tracking, on a state-configurable architecture. Service capture and billing stay connected, and MTSS data follows the student from before an IEP begins through every year it runs. Governed by FERPA for student education records.
Billing
Medicaid eligibility verification, direct claim submission, internal validation checks, billing preview, and compliance reporting, with the flexibility to keep your preferred billing vendor. Configured to each state’s Medicaid rules (for Nevada, Provider Type 60) with medical-necessity indicators, CASII/LOCUS scores, ICD-10 coding, and automated monthly claim submission by SFTP.
Attendance Referral / Truancy
Record and manage referrals for students facing chronic absenteeism, with intervention tracking, service documentation, and population and individual reporting, as part of the school’s referral process.
Universal Screening
Bulk-add participants, capture parental consent, and bulk-assign validated screeners, then review results, dashboards, and reports, so every student gets the same objective look. Parents and students complete consent and screening forms on their own phones, tablets, or laptops, and results feed live population dashboards. Screening is supported throughout the MTSS process, universal, targeted, and intensive alike, and across disciplines, behavioral health, nursing, and academics, with one multidisciplinary view of the results.
