Project Managers
We are hiring full-time salaried Project Managers in the Baltimore area to help develop software systems for existing and upcoming projects. Opportunity to move to a full Engagement Manager position as the company grows.
Responsibilities Include
- Meet and communicate with clients and users to gather system specifications and development deadlines
- Local travel for client meetings
- US travel as needed for project expertise and training
- Document requirements as needed (use cases, data modeling, UML, narratives, etc.)
- Help set up project plans and timelines (i.e., MS Project, regular client reports)
- Work with other Project Analysts and developers to ensure system development stays focused on current and future client needs
- Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary
- Maintain and document project timelines and client satisfaction
- Identify, document, and address risks to project success
- Design/develop software tests; test software as needed
Qualifications (mandatory)
- B.A., B.S., or equivalent degree
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills for working with both clients and developers/programmers
- Adaptability to changing client needs and company expansion
- Sufficient technical, software, and programming knowledge to be able to guide programmers effectively
- Two years’ experience as a professional in a scientific, medical, or software field
- Prior experience in managing large project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate with other Project Managers simultaneously
Qualifications (preferred)
- Degree in biomedical or technical field
- Experience with clinical research
